12 hours of non-stop drawing...
Apr. 2nd, 2007 11:19 pm... And I am exhausted.
Today, I decided to do a 24 HR Comic, from 12pm to 12pm (Tuesday/tomorrow). I can't believe I've drawn so much today, and I still have 12 more hours to go, but I don't think I'm going to make it. My eyes are dry and itchy and unwilling to stay open. My mind keeps wandering to the computer (hence this post), and the drawing itself is getting sloppier and lazier.
I'm doing it by hand, so I will have to scan them later. It took me 12 hours to pencil twelve out of the necessary 24 pages, so I doubt I'll be able to ink and tone all the pages before the deadline, making it a failure. But a failure isn't so bad. I already have 12 pages under my belt. ^_^
I think that I'm going to have to call it a night, sleep, and then do the next 12 hours tomorrow, i.e., the hours won't be strictly consecutive, but consecutively-awake and at least I'll get some sleep.
Did that make sense?
I'll scan and post the final results tomorrow. Cheers! ^_^_/~
